U-17 World Cup Update

The U.S. suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of defending World Cup Champions Nigeria in their opening match of the U-17 World Cup in Chile. The U.S. was outshot 19-5 and failed to put a shot on frame in the match. Adding insult to injury, the U.S. also saw defender Auston Trusty ejected in the 87th minute. The U.S. hosts Croatia this afternoon and finishes group play against hosts Chile on Friday. Here's a look at some of the highlights of the first round of matches:
