Weekly Top Tens and Power Rankings - 6/16/15

THE SOCCERSMITH'S MLS POWER RANKINGS

- Seattle Sounders (9-4-2) - Exploded for three second half goals against Dallas as they became the first to nine wins this season. Martins and Dempsey are still in the middle of everything, but Seattle's starting to get contributions from throughout the roster. Last Week: 1a
a - Sporting Kansas City (6-2-6) - Idle this week, but Seattle's impressive win was enough to drop them ever so slightly. Last Week: 1
 - Toronto FC (6-5-1) - Michael Bradley looked great in Europe these past two weeks, let's see if that carries over into his play in MLS. If not, they still have Sebastian Giovinco holding things down. Last Week: 3
 - New England Revolution (6-4-6) - This club definitely is stronger with Jermaine Jones on the field, but it was nice to see Diego Fagúndez contribute in his absence. Last Week: 6
 - Portland Timbers (6-5-4) - Which Timbers club is going to show up THIS week? Got a much needed bye to rest some players so hopefully that helps. Last Week: 5
 - DC United (8-5-4) - Surrendered a rebound goal off a penalty and nothing else, but the offense has to do better. Last Week: 4
- Vancouver Whitecaps (8-6-2) - Russell Teibert converted a penalty for Canada, but otherwise not a lot of action in the northwest. Let's see if Octavio Rivero responds well to his week off. Last Week: 7
 - New York Red Bulls (4-4-5) -  Probably don't deserve to be this high, but we'll see what they do this week. Last Week: 10
 - Orlando City SC (5-5-5) - Orlando is unbeaten since Tally Hall took over in goal five matches ago. Last Week: 15
- Houston Dynamo (5-5-5) - I've committe to buying Will Bruin. will it pay off? Last Week: 11
 - FC Dallas (6-5-4)Dallas is in a tailspin after a fast start. They are struggling on both sides of the ball right now. Last Week: 9
- LA Galaxy (5-5-7) - Still hanging around .500 despite playing short-handed. Nice to see Sebastian Lletget score a goal in his first start. Last Week: 12
- San Jose Earthquakes (5-5-4) - Maybe we should start calling them the San Jose Wondo's since he's scoring all their goals... Last Week: 13
- Columbus Crew (4-6-5) - With few key players on National Team rosters, this team should be playing better than it is. Last Week: 14
 - Montreal Impact (4-5-2) - Inconsistency strikes again! Every time I start to buy this team, they make me look silly. Last Week: 8
- New York City SC (3-7-5) - If David Villa and Mix Diskerud hit their stride, and the East stays weak, City could still get back in the race. Last Week: 19
- Real Salt Lake (4-5-6) - With Kyle Beckerman and Nick Rimando in the picture for the Gold Cup, RSL could be in trouble moving forward. Last Week: 16
- Philadelphia Union (4-9-3) - At least they appear to have settled on a keeper. Last Week: 17
- Chicago Fire (4-8-2) - The Fire are giving up a LOT of goals. You have to figure that Sean Johnson will reclaim his starting spot soon. Last Week: 18
 - Colorado Rapids (2-4-8) - Only two wins in 14 games equals last place. Last Week: 20
