Weekly Top Tens - 3/24/15

THE SOCCERSMITH'S MLS POWER RANKINGS
1 - FC Dallas (3-0-0) - Three wins in three matches compared to the Galaxy's one. I said I wouldn't move Dallas up until LA lost, but Dallas has made a liar of me. Last Week: 2
2 - LA Galaxy (1-0-2) - Still unbeaten, but Dallas is just playing better on both sides of the ball. Last Week: 1
3 - Toronto FC (1-1-0) - Let's see how they come back from their bye week. Last Week: 3
4- Seattle Sounders (1-1-0) - They've had a week to prior for a huge match against Dallas. Last Week: 5
5 - Columbus Crew (1-1-0) - Unfortunate their bye came after a big momentum-building win over Toronto, but I don't expect any negative effects this week. Last Week: 6
6 - Vancouver Whitecaps (2-1-0) - All Octavio Rivero does is score goals. Three goals in three matches, and he's yet to be held scoreless. His last gasp winner against OCSC was clutch. Last Week: 8
7 - Real Salt Lake (0-0-2) - The new formation has had mixed results thus far. Let's see what an extra prep week buys them. Last Week: 7
8 - San Jose Earthquakes (2-1-0) - Biggest reason I think San Jose is going to rebound this year? Depth. No goals from Wondo, Emeghara or Perez so they get rookie Fatai Alashe and journeyman Ty Harden to step up. Last Week: 10
9 - New York Red Bulls (1-0-1) - Looked dominant against DC United and BWP got back to his goal scoring ways.
10 - Portland Timbers (0-0-3) - Three draws in three matches, but a pair of shutouts. If the offense starts to click, these guys could be a big surprise. Last Week: 9

Out: DC United: lost 2-0 to NYRB
